Islamic Social Service Foundation (ISSF) is a non-profit social service organization. Our website is primarily used for membership contributions, donations, charitable contributions and support for social welfare activities.
ISSF does not primarily operate as an e-commerce or commercial product-selling platform.
Payments made towards the following activities do not involve the purchase or delivery of a commercial product:
- Membership
- Monthly membership contribution
- Donations
- Charity / social welfare projects
- Educational assistance
- Humanitarian assistance
In certain charitable activities, ISSF may distribute items such as educational materials, clothing, food or other essential goods to eligible beneficiaries.
Charitable Distribution
Such distributions are part of our charitable and social service activities and are not commercial product sales.
Therefore, normal e-commerce shipping or exchange policies do not apply.
