Cancellation & Refund Policy
Islamic Social Service Foundation (ISSF) is a non-profit, non-political social service organization committed to serving humanity through education, social welfare, charitable activities and other community initiatives.
Members may request cancellation of their membership at any time by contacting ISSF through the official contact details provided on our website.
For members enrolled in a recurring monthly membership payment, the recurring payment or mandate may be cancelled upon request or through the available payment/subscription cancellation facility.
Donations, charitable contributions and membership contributions are generally considered voluntary and are intended to support the charitable and social welfare activities of ISSF.
Therefore, payments once successfully made are generally non-refundable.
However, a payment may be reviewed if it has been made:
- Twice due to a technical error.
- For an incorrect amount due to a technical or payment issue.
- Through an unauthorized or disputed transaction.
In such cases, the donor or member may contact ISSF with the relevant payment details for review.
For any refund-related request, please provide the following information:
Required Information
- Name of the donor/member
- Payment / Transaction ID
- Date of payment
- Amount paid
- Reason for requesting a refund
Refund requests should be submitted through our official Contact Us details.
If a refund is approved after verification, it will normally be processed to the original payment method.
The actual time taken for the amount to reflect may depend on the concerned bank or payment service provider.
